Registration and membership fees are for the services of listing a profile, giving access to other members' bio data and our office's help in connecting families.

A fee once paid is not refundable, except when a payment was charged twice or a plan could not be activated for technical reasons - in that case write to us within 7 days with the payment reference and the amount is returned to the same account.

A member can ask the office to hide or remove a profile at any time; this does not create a refund.
