Creating the profile is free. Viewing full bio data, photographs and sending interests needs a plan; the current fees are on the Membership page.

Nobody on the website. Contact details are shared by our office only after both families agree, or by your own choice in Privacy settings after an accepted interest.

The other family sees your profile and accepts or declines. When accepted, you can ask our office for an introduction; we speak to both families before any details are exchanged.

Yes. The Assisted Matchmaking plan assigns a relationship manager who shortlists profiles, speaks to both sides and arranges meetings.

We record the birth details, rashi, nakshatra, gotra and manglik status on every profile so that your own pandit can match them. We do not compute horoscope results on the website.

From Account Settings choose "Hide my profile" to pause it, or "Request deletion" and our office removes it within a few days.
